Dream Vacation in Southwest Florida

Rental of vacation homes and condominiums - Invest - Build - Managing your investments

Southwest Florida extends along the Gulf Coast from Sarasota / Bradenton in the north to Naples / Marco Island in the south. Approximately in the middle of this magnificent coast, lies the Cape Haze Peninsula with Englewood, Rotonda, Placida and Boca Grande. This part of the Gulf Coast is the largest "little secret" and you're all invited to enjoy what we have to offer. Our 3 offshore islands await you with a total of 40 miles of white sandy beaches.

It may very well be that a vacation creates the desire for more. Our small but well-trained team will help you to find a suitable property, the perfect blueprint or an already existing house.

Many argue that the southern tip of the Florida Gulf Coast is a paradise. And in some ways this is true too. There is little crime and the climate is very pleasant and balanced. The best months are October to May. While the winters in Southwest Florida are pleasantly warm, it may be, it is very cold in Central and Northern Florida. During the summer months there is always a pleasant breeze due to the proximity to the Gulf of Mexico. The average temperatures in summer are 82 to 88 degrees Fahrenheit and 23 degrees Fahrenheit in winter.

A paradise for nature lovers

Whether you do a morning walk along the beach, glide thru Lemon Bay in a kayak, collect shells, watch the game of the dolphins or enjoy the unforgettable sunsets - Southwest Florida is a paradise for nature lovers.

Charlotte Harbor, Peace River and Myakka River have always been a paradise for fishermen and nature lovers, who prefer the loneliness of nature to the bustle of the big tourist resorts.

Parts of Englewood still resemble more of a sleepy fishing village, where jumping Mullet (red mullet) and lazy alligators snoozing in the sun determine the scenery and where the range of delicious fish dishes is extremely large.

Boca Grande at the southern tip of our peninsula has become a haven for the wealthy, with gorgeous shops and restaurants. The public part of the lovely beach with the lighthouse is also a popular excursion destination and is famous for spectacular sunsets.
