Relax in a stunningly beautiful villa which offers all the comforts one could wish for. Wide open great room with comfy sitting area and 60” flat screen TV and DVD, contemporary dining area with solid wood table, island kitchen with granite counter tops, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Just steps away there is an aquarium window with corner bench, ideal to enjoy your morning cup of coffee! 8 ft. glass sliders opening up to the pavered poolarea with large covered lanai, outdoor dining with 6 chairs, 4 lounge chairs for you to work on your suntan, outdoor shower and the rectangular pool complete with electric heater for cooler days.
The Mastersuite comes with a King bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and a 50” TV and direct pool access. The spectacular ensuite bathrooms features his and hers granite vanity, wood cabinets, separate toilet and a full walk around shower with dual shower heads. Two nice size guest bedrooms; one with a King and direct pool access the other with a Queen bed, both with a 40” TV, sharing a bathroom with full glass shower door and granite vanity with wood cabinets.
You will enjoy free access to two fantastic Tennis Courts, a party cabana and a children playground at the Rotonda Community Park in the very center of Rotonda

The lazy gator as its name implies is a place where you can and are encouraged to be lazy. The lazy gator is all about comfort and convenience your 15 minutes from boca grande, Manasota key, the markets and pharmacies and best restaurants are a quick car ride away. What i love about the lazy gator is that its sense of tranquility is very inviting take a dip in the pool. Sunbathe in the backyard, eat breakfast lunch and dinner al fresco. In the beautiful mosquito free Lanai pool area. Even the heated out door shower makes you feel like your in vacation 24/7 And this is the reason why I have stayed at the lazy Gator multiple times
