BRIGHT DREAMS
The villa with the special ambiance! Relax in a stunningly beautiful villa which offers all the comforts one could wish for. It is located in the peaceful and tranquil area of Rotonda West on the Gulf Coast of Florida.
Upon entering this bright and airy villa, you are greeted with a view of the beautiful deep lanai, the pool area and the canal behind. There is a comfortably furnished living room plus a family / game room with a Billiard Table and a 55' flat screen, perfect to watch your favorite TV program. Both these rooms offer great pool and water views.The unique Master bedroom has two queen size beds, two night stands, dresser, flat screen TV, desk, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, shower and a garden tub. The Master bedroom also includes a half bath, which is serving as a pool bath. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have a King size bed. They are sharing a bathroom with shower/tub. Bedroom 4 is a second Master suite with King size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower.Large open kitchen with double oven, kitchen island, stainless steel appliances and a pass-thru window to pool area for your convenience. Formal Dining with contemporary glass top table, comfy white chairs and a silver chandelier. You will enjoy glass sliders to your private lanai from 4 rooms. The oversized lanai with dazzling water views is ideally South West facing. A large pool and whirlpool (not a hot tub) are embedded in a spacious pooldeck. There are 2 dining tables with chairs and loungers for you to read, relax and catch the sun.
You will enjoy free access to two fantastic Tennis Courts, a party cabana and a children playground at the Rotonda Community Park in the very center of Rotonda

High Speed Internet with WiFi, 4 Flatscreen TV’s (40’ to 55’), air-conditioning throughout the house, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Bed linen, towels for bath and pool. Outdoor table with chairs in Poolarea, loungers and BBQ. Billiard Table. No Bikes. Pool/Whirlpool can be heated with a heat pump at extra cost. It is not a Hot tub and will have the same temperature as the Pool

The house was great for two families. We loved they took the really large Master and put two queen beds in there. A great use of space. We put 3 boys in here. We loved the pool and the pool table. With 5 teens/cousins it was great to keep them busy.

There was so much to do for entertainment in this home! Nice televisions DVD players and of course outside seating for entertainment by the pool. Even a nice grill to cook out hamburgers and hotdogs For the grandkids! We could order out if we wanted to stay in and the pool and hot tub made a great start and ending for the day. The bicycles were a big plus for the grandsons who needed to get some fresh air and a little exercise. We made so many family memories here. We WILL back! Thank you again Seraina!

We found this home clean and well appointed with a very private area around the pool and spa. It is the perfect home for those requiring 4 or 5 bedrooms. It is close to shopping and not far from the beach. We would recommend this home for anyone looking for a pleasant, relaxing holiday.
