The house we rented came out to be as marketed on your website. It was beautiful and there was no surprises. Seraina was very helpful when we had a question or a need while we stayed in Blue Pearl. She was very responsive to our inquiries.

We stayed in the house for a month. The house was very nicely furnished with high quality furniture. We loved the interior design and the pool area. The canal view from the pool area was beautiful and relaxing with bird sounds and the water scenery.(we even saw an alligator in it once) It's around 15-20 mins from the Englewood beaches (not far) and Publix is like 8-10 min away for groceries.

This is a first time we use this company. Nice experience. Complementary bottle of wine was nice surprise. Easy to communicate

Everything was clean and new. Lake Marlin view was awesome. Like have all this stuff in the kitchen, bathroom. Everything was easy to find in this beautiful house. We will be back.

Communication was excellent

The house had all the features and enough room to have a big family. The only recommendation I have since there is so much room in the house is to add a ping pong table or a pool table

The staff was considerate working with our schedule, which was very convenient.

We absolutely loved the pool area! It was beautifully laid out with stone and had just enough space all around for us to spread out even in the hottest time of day. The slope to deep part was gradual and it was a peace of mind for me as a parent

We have rented homes from Sunny Dreams for three or more years and they consistently have the nicest, cleanest, and most modern homes compared to other rental services we have used in the area. Seraina is wonderful to work with and we appreciate the ease of check in and check out.

Cameleon is a wonderful rental property in an easy access, quiet, beautiful location The home has everything needed for a wonderful stay. If you enjoy fishing you will love the lake and don't let it fool you. There are snook, bass, myan cichlid, tarpon and talapia eager to bite a varieties of baits. Just watch for the local alligator. The only thing that could be improved would be the TV channel selection.

It was very clean and the rental process was great. Seraina was great, took care of all our needs very quickly. Having solar power to heat the pool was great so did not have to pay to heat. As weather got warm no longer needed to heat but was great in the beginning of our stay. Lots of room
