Fun in the Sun is located on a fresh water canal and has just been completed in summer 2018. This fully appointed villa boasts a large living room with light Coastal Sofas, TV, side tables, formal dining with splendid pool, canal views and 90 degree glass sliders ideally connecting indoors and outdoors. Unique large corner kitchen with light beige granite top, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a large bar ready to start the party. Den off Living Area is set up as Game Room for young and old with a comfy couch and TV stand complete with an X-Box. The master suite on one side of the house offers a heavenly King bed with night stands, dresser with TV, en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity, walk-in-closet and a crystal clear walk-in glass shower. Two secondary bedrooms on the other side of the house feature a Queen and 2 Twin beds. They share a bathroom with shower/tub combination also serving as a pool bath.
Soak up the sun on the large paver deck, cool off in the sparkling blue pool and enjoy pool side barbecues at the outdoor dining table in the large covered lanai.
You will enjoy free access to two fantastic Tennis Courts, a party cabana and a children playground at the Rotonda Community Park in the very center of Rotonda

We highly recommend staying at Fun in the Sun. The pictures dont do it justice. You have to see it in person. Great location...close to fantastic restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend visiting Gasparilla Island and eating at Nicolas. We look forward to visiting Rotonda West soon

The house have everything what you would need during your stay in holiday. Especially the pool is extra large. In house was so clean, I could not describe it, I never saw before such clean property in each way. We found there everything from beach towels, thru bicycles, till golf equipment, there is also play room with xbox of course with games.
They made a dream vacation for us, thank you one more time!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The home felt like our own. We all enjoyed time spent at the home.
The home was very clean and cozy. My husband and I with our 3 children stood at the home and it was roomy for all of us. The children enjoyed the Xbox room and of course the beautiful lanai and pool. The house was stocked with necessities such as toilet paper, dish soap, cleaning products, and some spices for cooking. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a nice meal. The garage had a cooler,chairs and umbrella for the beach and also some pool toys. We loved the Fun in the Sun home and so did the children. They all were sad when we had to leave. I look forward for next trip as I will choose this property next time to make memories with my family.

Seraina's husband, Andy, has always been very helpful and courteous in any things that required his attention over the past 2 years that we have rented from Sunny Dreams Factory.

It was brand new having been built as of around August 2018. Also loved the salt water pool. The "open" concept for the kitchen, dining area and living room area are always features that we enjoy most rather than things being in "separate" rooms or areas.
