There is even a TV out on your paver covered lanai.
Open floorplan with 10 ft ceilings and 8 ft. glass doors to perfectly join indoor & outdoor living areas. An elaborate tray ceiling highlights the main living area with light beige sofas, coffee table, side table & TV stand. Kitchen features include, wood cabinets, granite counters, kitchen island and stainless steel appliances. An adjacent nook area offers great pool & canal views. Contemporary furnished formal dining. The master suite with King is sure to pamper with walk in closet, twin granite vanity, privacy toilet and Roman shower. Rent a boat with just your regular car driver license. You can enjoy the sight of wildlife such as interesting birds and herons and sometimes alligators passing through the canal.
You will enjoy free access to two fantastic Tennis Courts, a party cabana and a children playground at the Rotonda Community Park in the very center of Rotonda

The home had everything you could possibly need for a good time in SW Florida rain or shine, beds and linens were very comfortable and the wine was a fantastic touch. My favorite feature of this property is easily the pool area as a whole, its spacious and the pool is large enough to be enjoyable for more than just a soak. A huge benefit is the house faces the right direction for sunsets while you eat on the lanai.

What an amazing paradise walking through the door and seeing this property was like visiting the Caribbean. It never got old Spotlessly clean beautifully decorated so comfortable so convenient just the most relaxing place I have ever stayed. If you arrive using route 75 you think you are remote but using route 41 everything is minutes away. You never need to leave the property the house is so comfortable the lanai and pool so inviting the water way behind the house adds to the beauty it all has to be seen to be appreciated. If you get a chance go here I promise you the most relaxing most enjoyable vacation
