Rotonda is only 4 miles away from our 3 Barrier Islands (Boca Grande, Palm Island and Manasota Beach) with a total of 42 Miles of white sandy beaches, Shopping, Malls, Bars and Restaurants.
House was built in summer 2019 - sleeps 2-8 persons
Pelican Shores was finished in August of 2019. It is a contemporary design with the most current building materials and an easy flowing floorplan, located on an oversized 80x180 ft. waterfront lot on Rotonda River giving you additional space and privacy. No corners were cut when it comes to ensure all vacationers are having a great time. There are 2 Master Suites with King beds, 2 additional bedrooms with a Queen and two twins, 3 full bathrooms, an amazing pool area with a large covered lanai, heated pool, Jacuzzi, Sunshelf and an extended Sundeck with 4 loungers for you to catch a nice golden tan. The roomy floor plan is perfect for a large family or a multi-generational vacation.

High Speed Internet with WiFi, 4 Flat Screen TVs, telephone, answering machine, air-conditioning throughout the house, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, laundry with washer and dryer. Bed linen, towels for bath and pool. Outdoor table in Poolarea, 4 loungers, gas barbecue. Pool and Spa can be heated with a heat pump at extra cost.

Lovely villa with all, the necessary equipment. Bedrooms all very comfortable with plenty seating in lounge and Lanai We had one or two small problem with the villa but Seraina was excellent in responding to email. Lovely pool we paid extra for pool heating and it was worth it, Jacuzzi was one of the biggest we have had in Florida. Lots of room and sunbeds around the pool for all of our party
