Formal dining is just steps away from Kitchen with open views to pool area and the huge private garden with Hibiscus and Fruit Trees. Entertain with ease as the flow out to the lanai has 4 stacking sliders on one side and a 90 degree slider on the other so you can bring the outside in. Large covered lanai with dining for 8 and extra lounge seating with another 65" smart TV above for everybody. The large pool with rectangular whirlpool and a stylish Sunshelf is embedded in an oversized brick paved pool deck stretching over the full width of the house. A rustic barn door is separating the Owner Suite from the main living area The Master suite with King bed, contemporary nightstands, dresser, 55" smart TV, sliders to pool deck, walk-in-closet, retro towel rack and dramatic bath with his and hers separate granite vanities and a walk-around-shower including a rain shower are yours as well. Two Guest bedrooms one with Coastal King bed, two nightstands and a 55" smart TV. The other one with a Queen, nightstand and a dresser share a bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower. This bathroom also serves as pool bath. In addition, there is a nice size Den with a desk and a comfy couch
