There is room for everyone in this spacious home with a split very open floorplan and over 2400 square feet of living space with open design and high ceilings with luxury Vinyl Planks in living areas and carpet in the main bedroom. This recently updated home is large with multiple living spaces inside. A Great Room with Coastal Seating, a Family Room with curvy sofa, accent chairs, a large TV and dining area make a nice impression once you enter the foyer boasting a nice view of the great room and the pool through the large glass sliding doors. The living room, dinette area, family room and master bedroom all have sliding glass doors that open onto the incredible pool area which overlooks one of the freshwater canals. This particular vacation home does not provide a baby safety fence for the pool and is therefore not suitable for kids under the age of 10 years. For safety reasons we do not accept bookings for kids below 10
