Amazing Lagoon meets all of our needs; a clean quality accommodation with plenty of room for guests and located in a quiet neighborhood. Although Amazing Lagoon is not in a gated community, its limited access through just three main entrances provides a level of security. Andy and Seraina were incredibly responsive. There was a mechanical problem with the pool filter on a Sunday (that had nothing to do with the hosts - it literally was an unexpected failure). We had an Amazing welcome with your Amazing flowers and bottle of wine. Thank you for your warm welcome and hospitality. We were pleasantly surprised with the recent upgrades to the furniture, dcor and internet. Although we had to shelter-in-place for all of April, we couldnt think of a better place to be and look forward to coming back next year. Seraina was great! She is a top notch host who is extremely responsive. She was very easy to get a hold of and took care of minor issues (broken coffee pot, loose bathroom sink drain plug) very quickly and efficiently, even on a Sunday afternoon!

The Amazing Lagoon house is a wonderful home to relax in, especially with kids. It was extremely clean, bright, well managed, quiet and outfitted with everything we needed for a week long stay. Also, the pool is absolutely beautiful and is really well designed for kids. I would definitely stay at the Amazing Lagoon house again and I would feel very comfortable staying at any property managed by Seraina!

Beautiful home with amazing features. The home is very spacious with all the amenities any needs. The waterfall and pool area were also fabulous. We didnt get the opportunity to go to the beach much, but the outdoor space made it feel like a tropical getaway. We loved it!
