To use my daughters language Seraina is the Bomb.Com (this is a good thing :) ). Seraina was very attentive to all of our needs. We had a maintenance issue come up while we were there and Serena had it taken care of within a couple hours. She obviously has a great relationship with local contractors. We are big fans of Sunny Dreams Factory!!

Seraina and Esther of Sunny Dreams Factory have been very easy and friendly to work with. We came across a problem with the heat of the pool. We contacted Seraina and even though it was a Sunday she took care of the problem right away.

Seraina and Andy do the best job of all the managers we have dealt with in the past 15 years of rentals. They were quick to respond to any question or need. Do not hesitate to rent from Sunny Dreams Factory....we have now rented from them for two years in a row and will again when we need to rent again in Florida.

The house was perfect. It came well supplied with paper goods and soaps. This home was very clean and maintained.
