In addition, there is a morning nook with unobstructed pool views.
Master suite has been upgraded with a new Evanston King set with nightstands, dresser and TV in 2023. The ensuite bath comes with walk-in shower.
Glass sliders opening to your private screened pool area with a nice size lanai with outdoor dining and 4 loungers. Relax in the nice size pool with heat pump for cooler days at an extra charge.
