Double entry doors open to a great room concept living area that flows uninterrupted to the covered lanai and heated pool. Great room with mood & portrait light ceilings is furnished with off white color sofas, a chair with foot rest, entertainment center with 55” smart TV and electric fire place. Entertain friends with the whole home sound system, speakers wired in every room of the house as well as lanai and pool deck. A spacious well equipped kitchen with solid wood cabinets, granite counters and bar, with stainless appliances is at the heart of this home. A formal dining area is just steps away. The study/den is setup as an office. Zero degree 8 ft. sliders pocket back to open up the entire living area to the paver pool deck and the relaxing saltwater heated pool, outdoor dining and lounge area on the screen enclosed paver deck, outdoor shower and Storm Smart shutters. Master bath is spacious with large double vanity and huge walk in shower. Two nice size guest bedrooms featuring one King and two twin beds, sharing a bathroom with shower. The King bedroom also comes with 50” TV and the Twin bedroom with a 43" TV, night stands and dresser. The houses that we've stayed at are always immaculately clean and decorated to make you feel welcome and provide a true vacation experience. The house is stocked with basic items that truly help when traveling; i.e. paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, blender, etc. Bikes are a plus!
