The pool area was the best. We used the pool more this year than any other. Also this rental had a very private back yard and a beautiful lake.

Beautiful home. Loved the bikes

Seraina and Esther of Sunny Dreams Factory have been very easy and friendly to work with. We came across a problem with the heat of the pool. We contacted Seraina and even though it was a Sunday she took care of the problem right away.

The house was very well maintained. plenty of room for guests, and close by to the beaches, and yet in a very quiet neighborhood.

If I could give Seraina more stars than 5, I would. She was extremely responsible and professional. If I called her with an issue, she had someone at the house in minutes. The attention to details and responsiveness was unbelievable. If I needed a management company to manage my rental, Seraina would definitely be my choice. Andy, who took care of the maintenance of the property, was exceptional. He was always very prompt, considerate, professional and did an outstanding job. Together, they are are great team! Seraina and Andy get my highest recommendation. They are exceptional individuals and it was our pleasure to have them as our Sunny Dreams management team.

Originally, I called Seraina at Sunny dreams and she recommended it. It was in the right location and the house and neighborhood looked appealing. This is our second year to rent this home and we enjoyed it so much the first year, that we rented it this year. We have also signed up for next year.

The communication has been good. We feel you are almost like friends we are waiting to see each year because of your friendliness and ease of the relationship as well as professionalism.

We would have preferred that the pool was warmer during the beginning of our stay. We enjoyed our stay.

All friendly and nice

A very useful and nice house, very quiet well equipped. Missing an extra bed kit (reserve) and a drying rack for wet swimwear on the terrace.

We were VERY happy with our time in Florida! We loved the home & pool. Very clean & wonderful filled & decorated.

Our children thoroughly enjoyed the pool! We did as well, watching so happy to be outside swimming (being from MI). We especially enjoyed swimming before bed. The kids also loved having their own rooms. I loved the decor & everything the home had to use while you were there. We felt right at home. All common needs were there and useable.

We enjoyed our stay and would book a rental property with you again. Very quick to respond to any problems. Pleasant to deal with.
